The property was tentatively marketed on behalf of a long established client and Whiteacres initially secured a tenant in May 2019 by way of a new lease agreement incorporating an option to buy. The sale was completed at the end of 2019 and Whiteacres have a number of other clients looking for other premises on this prestigious industrial estate.
