A detached warehouse with quality glazed offices extending to 16,000 sq ft has been LET by Whiteacres with the deal completing in June 2019. The factory and offices had been occupied by a successful printing firm for many years and came empty towards the back end of 2018. Whiteacres were instructed by a pension fund to secure a new long term tenant and terms were agreed by way of a new seven year lease with a company already based on the estate looking for additional accommodation. The warehouse is positioned in an excellent location at junction 12 of the M65 and we wish the new occupiers all the very best with the growth of their business.
