Whiteacres are delighted to confirm the sale of a substantial factory complex, large yard and a two storey mill extending to over 25,000 sq ft. The sale was subject to planning and completed in July 2019 to a local firm of engineers. Whiteacres also secured an alternative premises for the vendors who relocated to a modern warehouse on Empire Business Park in Burnley.
