Jonathan Wolstencroft
Managing Director
Jonathan has worked in the commercial property industry for over 25 years.
Having previously worked for Pettys and Barnfield he has wealth of experience in dealing with all types of commercial property matters.
Specialising in agency Jonathan and has bought and sold over a million square feet of space throughout The Northwest.
In his downtime he likes to ride his bike, play padel tennis and is a struggling but determined runner.
Kelly McDermott
Operations Manager
Kelly joined Whiteacres in October 2022 and came from a long career in business centre management.
Kelly prides herself on a personable service and always goes above and beyond to get the desired outcome for client and applicant alike.
Out of work Kelly enjoys long walks with her cockerpoo Lilly and maybe the odd cocktail when she’s not trekking the local countryside.
Samantha Dunn
Administrative Assistant
Samantha joined Whiteacres in October 2022 and came from a business centre background.
Within Whiteacres Sam ensures the day-to-day administrative duties are completed and works closely with Jonathan.
Out of work Sam is married with 3 boys that keep her busy but does enjoy some downtime with friends when time allows.
Aaron Pilling
Property Agent
Aaron joined Whiteacres in May 2023 and came from a residential agency and construction background.
Within Whiteacres Aaron’s day to day tasks include property viewings, floor planning, photography, and agency work.
In his spare time, he likes to go camping, fishing and tries to enjoy supporting Blackburn Rovers FC.
Isaac Warriner
Trainee Property Agent
Isaac joined the Whiteacres team in May 2024 and previously worked in a stock control background.
Isaac is busy learning the intricacies of agency work and particularly enjoys meeting new people, understanding their requirements and visiting all the different types of commercial property.
In his spare time Isaac enjoys playing and watching football.
