The property which extends to approximately 30,000 sq ft is positioned on a 1.7 acre plot and was purchased by Whiteacres clients in December 2019. Whiteacres were retained by the purchasers and once they had identified the property, we also arranged various site meetings, negotiated the purchase price and monitored progress of the sale through to completion.
