A two storey former mill extending to 18,000 sq ft has been LET by Whiteacres on a new seven year lease. The mill which used to be owned by Taskers and in more recent years was occupied by RDA Trading has been LET to Process Instruments (UK) Ltd who specialize in the manufacture of water treatment controllers which are exported across the world. The tenants intend to use the building for manufacturing and offices and will spend £250,000 refurbishing the property before moving into the premises in summer 2020. Process Instruments are a successful and growing business and plan to employ up to 50 staff from this site.
